The program operates in seasons, each comprising three levels spanning a month. Participants commence at level 1, progressing through subsequent levels after completing the prior. Missed level 1? Await the next season. Each level entails specific contests, guaranteeing minimum points per task, augmented by additional XP based on skill, impact, and effort. Tasks undergo automatic or manual assessment, with manual reviews scheduled within 48 hours for content creation and a week for advocacy and commercial initiatives.
