This Program Works Q4 cohort applicants must apply by October 15, 2024. Successful applicants will be interviewed. Over two days, each ambassador cohort will be onboarded and trained. awards & Challenges: Qubicans can progress through Pioneer, Innovator, and Visionary tiers and earn performance-based awards. The Zealy leaderboard will track monthly challenges, with top performers receiving QUBIC coins, unique gear, and leadership possibilities. Performance reviews will occur quarterly for the first cohort.
