Ranking Structure:
- Mission Control: Selected trainees join a private group chat, fostering collaboration and preparation. Ambassadors create content, welcome new members, and educate the community.
- Spacewalk: After gaining experience, Ambassadors receive a Level 2 badge, enabling them to moderate channels and organize online events. This phase builds responsibilities and skills.
